    I’ve spent over 15 years helping founders and business owners lead stronger, scale smarter, and navigate the tricky people stuff that comes with growth. My background spans everything from building leadership frameworks to guiding teams through restructures and conflict.

    I started BloomHQ because I believe HR should be practical, strategic, and built around what actually works for your business – not just what’s written in a handbook. When you work with me, you get a partner who’s as comfortable in the boardroom as I am facilitating a tough conversation between two team members. My focus is simple: make the people side of your business your strongest advantage.

    Bop specialises in helping leaders navigate complex people dynamics with confidence and care. With a sharp eye for what’s really going on beneath the surface, she works with founders and leadership teams to resolve conflict, rebuild trust, and create stronger working relationships.

    As a leadership coach, Bop supports individuals to grow their capability, improve communication, and lead with clarity – even in high-pressure situations. Her approach combines strategic thinking with empathy, ensuring solutions not only address the immediate issue but strengthen the team for the long term.

    My job at Bloom HQ is to support the team in any and every way I can, this can be anything from; arranging upskilling workshops, email and calendar management, staff get-togethers, Slack channel management and invoicing - no two days are the same!!

    At BloomHQ, I do our number-crunching, cash flow forecasting, and financial reporting. My role is to help Bloom maintain a solid financial foundation, make good business decisions, and plan for the future.

    I believe that workplaces have the potential to be radically different and redefine what work/life balance means - where work is just part of a productive life, rather than defining your whole life.
