Course overview:
The PX Empowerment Course is designed to help you become more confident and equipped in your role as a people leader or HR professional. We’ve designed the V.O.I.C.E framework, which underpins the course, to help guide you in making decisions, engaging with your team and solving complex people-based challenges. The framework itself helps you to apply different lenses across the work you’re doing, making sure that you’re creating experiences for your team that are progressive, effective and are challenging the norms.
At the end of our 6 week course together, you’ll walk away with a good understanding of V.O.I.C.E, how to apply it to your every day work and become a leader and voice in the world of people experience.

Course details:
6 x 90 minute online sessions
9am-10:30am NZT Thursday mornings
Private Slack space to communicate with other attendees and complete work between sessions together
1 hour check in 3 months after the course to see how you’re going and offer support
10 participants maximum to ensure we reach our best learning outcomes together and each person gets to dive a bit deeper

Understanding the role of HR and PX in your current environment
Understanding the role that HR and PX can play in the future - where you see this crucial area of your businesses heading and how can you be a part of that
Understanding the V.O.I.C.E framework and how it applies to different areas of the PX ecosystem
Practical application of the V.O.I.C.E framework into real life scenarios that you’re likely to face at work, helping you become more confident and capable in your mahi
A list of key goals that you’d like to take away from the course to keep the learning going, and the support to achieve them
You’ll be qualified as a Voice of PX, showcasing that you are a leader in designing great experiences for people at work and serving as the voice for a new way of doing things.
Through interactive sessions, real-world examples and confidence-building techniques, you will gain a deeper understanding of the PX Ecosystem and your role to play in it. You’ll gain a whole new level of empowerment when it comes to putting your skills into practice in your workplace.
After the course we provide an ongoing and supported space for your cohort of participants, so you can continue to support each other, ask questions and extend the learning.
We’ll also have a 3 month check in after the course, to refresh one another on the framework, share stories of how we’ve used it and check in on the goals that we all set together.
